Shipping policy

PRESALE ORDERS

Product pre-orders are estimated to begin shipping by June 2025. This applies to: 

• All Versa XC models
• All TrueFlex straps

AVAILABLE PRODUCT

Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing. Orders will ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

STANDARD SHIPPING

• Orders over $300 – Free UPS Ground Shipping (3-8 business days, US customers only)
• Orders under $300- Ground Shipping - $7.50 flat fee
  
  

EXPRESS SHIPPING

• UPS 2-day air - $18 flat fee (US customers only)
• UPS next-day shipping - $30 flat fee (US customers only)
  
  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• UPS International shipping - $30 flat fee (can take up to 2 weeks)
  
  

PO BOX & APO/MILITARY ADDRESSES

• PO Box addresses will ship via UPS surepost (delivered by USPS) (5-10 business days)
• APO/Military addresses will be delivered by USPS and can take 2 weeks to be delivered
  
  

TAXES AND DUTIES

Prices listed on the website do not include VAT. International customers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes. Artefkt is not responsible for delays that may occur in customs.

If the customer is unaware of additional costs incurred and refuses the package, we will deduct shipping and any additional fees incurred from shipping the watch back to Artefkt.
