RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy for our watches, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Products that are monogrammed, engraved, or customized cannot be returned or exchanged. International orders do not qualify for free returns.

Every returned watch is thoroughly inspected by our team. If the watch does not meet the above requirements, it will not be eligible for a return and will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

A prepaid shipping label will be provided to US customers. The original shipping fee is non-refundable. International customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Artefkt is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

REFUNDS

Upon inspection of the returned product and it meets the criteria above, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. The original shipping fee is non-refundable and will not be included in the refund amount. Any products purchased on Kickstarter will be issued credit towards a future purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund or credit to be processed. Refunds and credit are limited to merchandise and taxes on merchandise. Shipping charges and taxes on shipping will not be refunded or included in the credit. Orders placed using Shop Pay or Affirm installments cannot be refunded to an Artefkt gift card.  Gift cards (Physical or electronic) cannot be returned or refunded. Other restrictions may apply.
